Prior to showing off her progress, the VH1 personality shares how hard her weight loss journey is by posting an Instagram video of her working hard at the gym.

AceShowbiz - It looks like Tokyo Vanity's resolution for this year is getting slimmer. The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star shocked her Instagram followers on Thursday, January 16 when she shared a photo that showed her weight loss progress.
It's clear that her effort has shown its result as Tokyo looked much slimmer in the photos. She posted a side-by-side photo of herself before she started working out and her current appearance. "Haters gonna say it's cause it got black on," Tokyo wrote alongside the photo, crediting Body by Ted for helping her throughout her weight loss journey.
Fans are loving her new appearance. "I seen the damn difference when you posted the black pic. You look f***ing great," someone said. "You look amazing love keep doing your thing and f**k them haters," another praised Tokyo, with one similarly saying, "You look the f**k good, anyone with eyes can see the difference."
Meanwhile, one person asked for some tips, "Sis, we need to know what you are doing besides working out. It's ghetto but it's looking Good on you." One other encouraged her, Nope I can see it clearly Boo keep up the great work...u look fabulous girl." In the meantime, an individual commented, "You can definitely that you have loss weight. Girl you already you are going to be so@etching else when you get down to the weight you want to be at."
Her weight loss journey was definitely not an easy one. Prior to sharing the photo, Tokyo put out a video of her working hard at the gym with her trainer encouraging her in the background. "This s**t hurt but I'm about to eat then go to the gym for the second time today see you in the morning," so the hip-hop star wrote in the caption.
According to her trainer, Tokyo is now aiming to lose 16 to 25 pounds per month.
