According to TMZ.com, the 57-year-old actor - most well known for playing Champ Kind in "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" and "Anchorman: The Legend Continues" - filed papers to divorce Leigh, 53, in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

It is as yet unknown what factors were involved in the couple's split.

David and Leigh share five children together, and the screen star even has the names of his other half and their kids tattooed on his upper arm.

Ironically, motivational speaker Leigh is currently teaching a six-week webinar on divorce.
