The rapper was admitted to a hospital in the San Fernando Valley, California on Thursday, November 21 after police officers answered a false robbery alarm at his home and found him in a bad way, suffering from cardiac issues and nausea. They insisted he seek immediate treatment.
In a tweet on Monday, November 25, the 35-year-old wrote: "Six days in icu," and added a praying emoji.
Montana also posted a video from his hospital bed.
Sources have told TMZ Montana was suffering from elevated heart rate and stomach pains, possibly as a result of eating contaminated food.
