Recalling his past conversation with the Godfather of Soul, the 'Coming 2 America' actor discloses that the singer has also asked him to consider starring in his life story.

AceShowbiz - James Brown was such a big fan of Eddie Murphy's he tried to marry the funnyman off to his daughter.
Impressed by Eddie's impersonation of him, the Godfather of Soul asked the comedian to consider starring in his life story - and offered up his daughter.
"He was with her and he said, 'Eddie, my friend, you should do my life story'," the "48 Hours" star recalls. "I said, 'But James, it would be funny!' And he goes, 'Not if you play it serious. You're the one who can get all the in-between stuff'.
"At the time I was married and he hit me on my arm and said, 'You got some big arms. I know you're married but my daughter's available!' I laughed and he said, 'I'm serious!'".
