AceShowbiz - There's no bad blood between Bella Hadid and Selena Gomez despite the former's recent shady Instagram move. The model sparked a speculation that she took a jab at the actress/singer after she deleted a photo which Selena commented on.

For the record, the "Lose You to Love Me" songstress had nothing bad to say about the 23-year-old model. She simply left the word "Stunning" with a heart-eye emoji below a photo of Bella from her Dior ad or photo shoot.

A fan took a screengrab of the post before Bella removed it and reposted it with the caption, "She's all about supporting women. You all just can't take it nicely. Btw Ms Hadid deleted the post." Expressing her feelings over the deletion, Selena commented on the fan's post, "That sucks," adding a crying face emoji.

According to TMZ, Bella and Selena later had a chat over the Instagram misunderstanding. The younger sister of Gigi Hadid reportedly explained that she never meant to shade Selena and that she deleted the post simply because she didn't like the photo. She additionally said there are no hard feelings despite their past dating histories involving The Weeknd.

Selena has since apologized for writing the comment. Regretting that she reacted too soon, she wrote in response to an Elle article about the ordeal, "NO. I shouldn't of spoken without knowing the truth. I'm sorry. Please don't be hurtful. She is a wonderful person and it was all a misunderstanding."

Bella dated The Weeknd from May 2015, before they called it quits in late 2016. Shortly after their breakup, the Canadian singer was spotted kissing Selena. The two ladies unfollowed each other while Selena was still dating the "I Can't Feel My Face" crooner in 2017. After splitting up from Selena, The Weeknd rekindled romance with Bella in 2018, only to end it again in August of this year.

Selena then extended an olive branch to Bella by following her on Instagram earlier this month, but Bella hasn't followed her back.
