AceShowbiz - Actor Dax Shepard has undergone minor surgery to have a cyst removed from his lip.
The "Parenthood" star shared the news of his medical procedure during this week's episode of his hit podcast "Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard".
"I got a cyst taken out of my lip...," he explained to listeners. "I have some stitchies (sic) in my mouth..."
"It's the second one I've had taken out; I had one taken out six years ago."
Shepard admitted he had been dealing with the bump on his mouth for some time, but wasn't convinced the abnormal growth - which he likened to "a marble inside your lip" - needed treatment.
"Over the last three-and-a-half months that I've had it, it's gotten smaller, bigger, smaller, bigger. It kind of fluctuates...," Kristen Bell's husband said.
"So I went in (to see his doctor) anyways and it was a good size.... When he felt it, he goes, 'You wanna take this one out?' I was like, 'Oh, it's not big enough for him to take out,' and then when he got it out, he goes, 'Oh yes, it was bigger than I thought it was.'"
