The singer advertised the yard sale on Twitter on Tuesday, November 05, revealing he'd be selling off all kinds of personal stuff and designer items at marked-down prices from 10 A.M. on Wednesday.
The announcement irked local cops who tried to shut the sale down, citing a permit violation, but they came up against Brown's lawyer, who informed them he was doing nothing wrong and the sale went ahead, with fans lining up overnight to grab the early bird bargains.
The yard sale on Citrus Ridge Drive will continue until 7 P.M., with the "Kiss Kiss" singer's security team allowing 10 bargain hunters onto the star's property at a time.
It's still not clear if Brown is at home.
