AceShowbiz - Kevin McCall was reportedly arrested on Tuesday, November 5 after tussling with cops at the Fulton County courthouse. It happened just before a custody hearing over her five-year-old daughter Marley Ray, whom he shares with "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Eva Marcille. TMZ is the first one to report the news.
It was said that the physical altercation happened after the 34-year-old rapper/producer entered the Justice Center in downtown Atlanta while doing a live broadcast. "Imma get mines. They gon' have to give her to me. Marley, your daddy finna get you baby, love you," he said to the camera.
When a security told him that such action was not allowed, he began using profanity at the police officers as he called a cop "a b***h." He continued saying, "All sheriffs and cops, don't talk to me unless you gon' take your badge off and go lock yourself in a room. I'll beat you n****s up... goin' to get my baby."
Kevin allegedly swatted away a sergeant's hands and he brooke loose when backup arrived to detain him. "They made a second attempt to detain him, and cops say that's when he and the sergeant fell down an escalator," the site added.
Following the scuffle, Kevin was booked on 5 charges. It included 4 misdemeanors for obstruction of a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault. As he broke the sarge's eyeglasses, Kevin was also charged with one felony count for criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.
In a previous interview, Eva revealed that while she was dating McCall, he became violent during her pregnancy. "Then about a month after having Marley, it didn't stop; it got worse," the 34-year-old TV star said on "The Rickey Smiley Morning Show" in April. She continued, "And it got worse with her." Kevin, however, said all the allegations that his ex leveled against him were all lies.
