Law enforcement officials at the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office have revealed Cameron Ely pretended to draw a weapon before four deputies fired a total of 24 rounds at him, killing the actor's son, who had stabbed his mother to death.
Former beauty queen Valerie Lundeen Ely's body was found at Hope Ranch.
The cops raced to the Ely compound after Cameron called 911 to report his mother's death.
His father, who played "Tarzan" on TV in the 1960s, was unhurt.
