AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus is challenging Instagram's community guidelines. The former Disney star took to the photo-sharing site on Tuesday, October 22 to share several photos of her enjoying her day to the fullest, though a couple of pictures might have stood out more than the rest as it featured her fully exposing her nipples.
Taking a mirror selfies in her bathroom, Miley tilted her head to the side and pursed her lips in a thin, spaghetti-strap, scoop neck tank-top that she wore without a bra. Thus, her nipples were full on display. She later changed the ensemble into a high-neck crop top, while she still kept her blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail and opted to forgo her makeup.
Besides the bathroom photos, Miley also shared a couple of pictures of her hanging out outside. The images showed her strumming on a silver acoustic guitar with Dr. Joe Dispenza's book "Becoming Supernatural" by her feet. "I'm getting more basic by the day. The only thing the 'new me' loves more than a mirror selfie is a self timed one," she said in the caption of the post, before telling her followers that she would delete the posts later as she had received a warning from Instagram.
"PS this is getting removed soon! I've been warned by the gram gods!" she quipped.
Miley is a longtime supporter of the Free the Nipples campaign, which aims to desexualize the female nipple. The "Party in the U.S.A." singer even contributed a song to Linda Esco's Sundance-selected documentary "Free the Nipple", a film about a group of women lobbying for their right to go topless in public. Covering Melanie Safka's "Look What They've Done to My Song, Ma", Miley delivered one of her rawest vocals while delivering the lyrics over a fuzzy guitar.
