The clothing mogul has been working hard to get in better shape, with a source reporting that he has decided to quit drinking and focus on making better diet choices.

AceShowbiz - Rob Kardashian has been working hard to get in better shape and it looks like his effort has paid off. In some videos taken from his sister Kim Kardashian's birthday celebration, the clothing mogul appeared to have dropped a significant amount of weight.

Kim shared on Instagram Stories several clips from her birthday bash, with one video showing a man who appeared to be Rob walking ahead of his nieces, Penelope Disick and Chicago West. He appeared slimmed down in the clip.

And while fans couldn't catch a glimpse of his face in this clip, in another video from the lavish celebration, Rob was seen tucking away into a delicious salad as Kim panned across the dining room table to show off the impressive meal at Carousel Restaurant. For the celebration, the Arthur George owner wore a black sweatshirt with matching basketball shorts.

TMZ reported that Rob's slimmed-down figure was the result of him quitting drinking and focusing on making better diet choices. It was said that the former "Rob & Chyna" star had been cutting down on fast food in addition to regularly exercising and playing basketball.

Another source said of Rob to HollywoodLife.com, "Rob is taking on a new fitness challenge and has committed to working out six days a week for the next 30 days. He's determined to lose a bunch of weight. He'll be doing HIIT because it really helps burn fat and up your metabolism and that's what Rob wants. His goals are realistic, he's not expecting to have his six pack back in one month but ultimately that's his goal, he would love to have a six pack again."

According to the source, Rob's effort to get in better shape had made his famous family "overjoyed." It was said that they were happy "to see him excited and motivated like this, he was stuck in a rut for so long but he's embracing life again and they're so happy."
