AceShowbiz - Dramas are indeed inseparable when it comes to "The Real Housewives of Potomac". Candiace Dillard might be one of the cast members who had a lot of tension with some co-stars including Ashley Darby and Monique Samuels.
Candiace and Monique had a fall-out with the former confronting Monique for sharing their private texts to Ashley back in season 4. The two stars, who used to be close to each other, apparently reconciled by the end of the reunion special as they both admitted to missing their friendship. However, Monique's latest Twitter post seemingly hinted that the truce didn't last long.
"Beautiful moment... too bad it didn't last long #rhop," Monique wrote in the blue bird app, prompting fans to assume that she was talking about her re-built friendship with Candiace.
Convinced that the tweet was indeed about Candiace, a fan wrote, "No surprise there..I wouldn't trust Candace at all. She just wants in with the Green eyed monsters." Another fan weighed in, "Anyone that can't get along with you clearly is the problem. You are so unproblematic, genuine and good hearted. #RHOPReunion."
"Whaaat, you're already spilling next season's tea!!! I mean, #Candiace is a whole child, so I'm not surprised tho," another comment read. Meanwhile, someone else tweeted, "That makes me sad. You are a genuine person and you don't deserve the shadiness and mean girl responses."
Candiace and Monique were beefing after Monique was seen trying to befriend Ashley, someone who didn't get along well with Candiace. The latter believed that Monique used Ashley to get to her. Things took a worse turn when she found out that her former best friend showed their private text messages to Ashley towards the end of the season.
"I was told by Gizelle that you were showing Ashley text messages between you and I," Candiace said. "I'm kinda like, 'What were you showing her?' It's kind of showing me another side of Monique I did not see before, and it’s making me question who she is. It wasn't clear why you showed her the texts."
The pair, however, made up during Part 3 of "The Real Housewives of Potomac" season 4. The women went emotional and hugged each other as they vowed to move forward and repair their relationship.
Filming of "RHOP" season 5 is currently underway.
