AceShowbiz - Rapper Young Dro has been sentenced to jail time for attacking his girlfriend with banana pudding.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Dro was sentenced to 12 months behind bars after pleading guilty to one count of battery and family violence, but he was ordered to serve 70 days.
He also received credit for 20 days already served.
Upon his release, he will serve out his 12-month sentence on probation and submit to a drug/alcohol evaluation within 30 days of his release from jail. He has also been ordered to undergo domestic violence counselling.
The "Shoulder Lean" rapper, real name D'Juan Montrel Hart, was arrested in July after allegedly punching his girlfriend during a fight and pushing a plate of banana pudding in her face.
His girlfriend didn't want to press charges.
