The 'FEFE' rapper's driver Jorge Rivera testifies in court that he has become a confidential informant since May 2018 after he was arrested because he's an undocumented immigrant.

AceShowbiz - Tekashi69 a.k.a. 6ix9ine's driver is also snitching. Jorge Rivera, who used to work for the rapper before the hip-hop star was thrown in jail, testified in court on Monday, September 23 as a key cooperating witness in the case against Nine Trey Blood Gang members, Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack.

During the trial, Jorge confessed to having helped the feds since May 2018 after he was arrested by ICE because he's an undocumented immigrant. After he was released, he started to work for the incarcerated rapper while being a confidential informant.

Jorge said he was driving 6ix9ine when he was kidnapped. "I thought we were going to get killed. And we would be robbed," Rivera said on the stand in Manhattan Federal Court. Jorge said he followed the kidnappers as they took the 23-year-old emcee in their car, but he reversed his car when one of the kidnappers got out of their Honda Nissan and began running toward him with a gun drawn. "I felt he was going to shoot me. I put my car in reverse," he said.

Jorge also confirmed there was a camera installed in 6ix9ine's car during the kidnapping incident. He said that 6ix9ine had no knowledge at the beginning about him being an informant, but may have become suspicious. "Did you ever come to believe that Tekashi suspected you of cooperating," Jorge was asked, to which he responded, "Yes, toward the end."

Jorge has pleaded guilty to charges of racketeering, weapons possession and robbery in connection with his cooperation agreement. He is reportedly facing a minimum sentence of 17 years in jail and a maximum of life, but that could be reduced as part of his cooperation. "I know I have to pay for my mistakes," he said, adding that he hoped he would not be deported as a result of his cooperation.
