The exes recently sparked rumors that they rekindled their romance after paparazzi spotted them holding hands during an outing, but a source quickly denied the speculation and stressed that Kourt and her ex-boy toy are merely friends.
Speaking to E! News, the so-called insider noted the eldest Kardashian sister and the model "have always been in touch and friendly with each other" after their split. Younes allegedly had been "to several of the family events, including Kourtney's birthday and he's hung out with Kourtney a few times recently in social settings."
Even though the two are no longer together, the source said they "still have a romantic connection." However, "it's very unlikely that she will give it another try with Younes," despite her wanting to have a relationship with someone.
Rumors of them getting back together sparked on Friday, September 20, when Kourt and Younes were spotted hanging out together in Los Angeles. In some photos obtained by Daily Mail, the former lovers held hands as they walked around the city and appeared to be having a good time. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star had on a short, dark green T-shirt dress that she teamed with white sneakers, a small white shoulder bag and skinny black sunglasses.
Meanwhile, Younes tried to keep a low profile in a white T-shirt, maroon pants and sneakers. He covered his face with big aviators and a bucket hat.
According to the publication, the 26-year-old stunner picked up Kourtney in her Calabasas mansion before they went to enjoy an Italian lunch in Los Angeles. After that, the pair hit the Blum and Poe Art Gallery in Culver City.
Kourt and Younes dated for more than one year before breaking up in August 2018. The reason for their breakup has never been revealed, though there were rumors that it was because he cheated on her with another woman. However, he had insisted that he did not cheat on Kourt.
