In a since deleted Facebook post, Fadi Fawaz claims to have been sleeping in the street in Covent Garden, adding that the Wham! singer's lawyers have not done anything to sort him out.

AceShowbiz - George Michael's former lover Fadi Fawaz slammed the late star after revealing he has been living on the streets.

The 46-year-old had been living at one of George's properties near Regent's Park, London since he discovered the Wham! singer had passed away from heart disease on Christmas Day 2016, aged 53. However, he was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and has now revealed he is destitute after leaving a London hotel.

According to British newspaper The Sun, in a since deleted Facebook post, Fadi wrote, "George Michael the ikon (sic) 3 years later and his lawyers still not done anything to sort me out so in last few days I have been sleeping in the street in Covent Garden instead of being in my home."

"They took the key by a trick the (sic) came out with it and now 2 months later still not heard anything I was staying in hotel and 2 days a go (sic) was stopped. What a cheap ikon this George f*****g Michael is."

In a post that remains on his page, he slammed George, who battled drug problems during his lifetime, as a "crackhead."

The Sun reports that Fadi had been staying at a Travelodge hotel in Covent Garden, London, but hotel sources said he checked out on Monday, September 09 and had not been seen since.

Fadi found George dead at his mansion in Oxfordshire, England, and called emergency services. A coroners' inquest ruled George died from natural causes brought on by heart and liver problems.

Although he was not mentioned in George's will, he was allowed to stay in the Regent's Park mews house until the Wham! singer's family made moves to boot him out earlier this year amid concerns about damage to the property.
