Susan Silver, the late rocker's first wife, has filed suit against Vicky Cornell and his estate, demanding cash she insists she's owed.
Silver, who divorced Chris in 2004, is mum to his daughter, Lillian Jean. She claims the former couple reached a child custody settlement, in which the Soundgarden star agreed to pay her $5,000 (£4,000)-a-month and cover education costs, including college.
In her lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, Susan accuses Vicky and the estate of refusing to make the court-ordered child support payments, alleging her daughter's medical expenses and university costs have not been paid - and she is asking a judge to force Cornell's widow to pay up.
Chris committed suicide in a Detroit, Michigan hotel room in May, 2017.
