The 19-year-old rapper is sentenced to 55 years in prison after he is found guilty for his involvement in a 2016 armed robbery that left a 21-year-old man dead.

AceShowbiz - Tay-K is very open to receiving gifts from fans as he serves jail time for murder. Rather, the rapper is asking for it as his team takes to Twitter to share the address where people can send letters and books to him as he sits behind the bars. In addition to the two things, his team is also asking people to send Tay some money.

The tweet reads, "SEND TAY LETTERS AND BOOKS. PUT MONEY ON HIS BOOKS WHILE HE'S IN SAN ANTONIO," as it also includes the address of Bexar County Adult Detention Center in San Antonio, Texas. Fans' response are positive, with many saying that the 19-year-old spitter is innocent and should be released from prison.

Tay-K's team asked fans to send him books, letters and money.

Back in July, Tay was found guilty for his involvement in a 2016 armed robbery in Mansfield that left a 21-year-old man, whose name is Ethan Walker, dead. He was sentenced to 55 years in prison and 30 years in prison for one count of aggravated robbery and given an additional two 13-year sentences for two other counts of the same crime. He was hit with $3,000 in fines for each charge.

That wasn't the only legal trouble that he has to face as he is facing another murder charge related to his involvement in the shooting of a man named Mark Saldivar in 2017. It's reported that the California-born rapper allegedly robbed and fatally shot the victim outside of a Chick-fil-A in San Antonio, Texas. On May 25, 2017, he allegedly attacked and robbed 65-year-old Owney "Skip" Pepe in Cravens Park, Arlington.

He was apprehended by United States marshals in Elizabeth, New Jersey after three months on the lam on June 30, 2017, the same day he released his hit song "The Race" online. The song racked up over 100 million views on YouTube and peaked at No. 44 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart.
