AceShowbiz - A man suing Justin Bieber for assault is demanding access to the star, so he can quiz him about the alleged attack.
Tobias Cannon has filed a motion to depose the singer and he has asked a judge to sanction him for blowing off past depositions, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
Cannon sued Bieber over a fight in 2016. The pop star has denied all wrongdoing.
The plaintiff claims he notified Bieber of a deposition date and place and the singer blew him off both times.
Cannon insists he needs to sit down with the singer to build his case before a trial begins on 9 December.
