Pregnant Laura Kaeppler has previously been granted temporary restraining order against 'The Bachelor' creator after claiming that he demanded her to get an abortion.

AceShowbiz - Mike Fleiss' pregnant wife Laura has dropped her restraining order against "The Bachelor" creator as part of the former couple's $10 million (£8.2 million) divorce settlement.

Laura, who also shares a four-year-old son Benjamin with Fleiss - the creator of ABC's "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" - was granted a temporary restraining order against her spouse earlier this month, after claiming Fleiss demanded she get an abortion.

She also alleged that during a fight over her cellphone two days later, Fleiss grabbed her and pinned her to the wall.

"While Mike has frequently been verbally abusive towards me during our marriage, in recent weeks, he has become enraged, due to the fact I am pregnant with our second child. Mike told me many times that he did not want us to have a second child," she claimed in papers at the time.

However, as part of a divorce settlement agreed around a week ago, Laura has dropped the restraining order.

The exes will also share custody of Benjamin, while Laura will receive $10 million from her former husband.
