According to new legal documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge has denied the singer's request that Jane Doe, who accused the star of giving her the sexually transmitted disease, pay him $2,500 for failing to answer questions during a deposition last month (June 2019).
Usher's lawyers quizzed Doe about her accusations in the deposition, but she repeatedly declined to answer questions about the sexually transmitted disease (STD) claims, with her legal representative citing invasion of privacy.
The unnamed female is one of three people suing the "Yeah!" hitmaker, who stands accused of failing to inform his sexual partners he had the infection during extramarital flings.
