Having accused Corey Bohan of domestic violence, the star of 'The Hills: New Beginnings' blocks him from visiting their daughter, Kirra, until an investigation against him is complete.

AceShowbiz - "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge has won another temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, Corey Bohan, after filing for an emergency motion.

The reality TV star has accused her former husband of domestic violence and now he has been ordered to stay away from her and their daughter, Kirra, according to documents obtained by The Blast.

A hearing on the matter will take place later this month, following an investigation, and Bohan has also been denied visitation until that is complete.

Partridge has also filed a motion for full custody of her daughter.

Sources close to the case tell The Blast that Bohan is "under investigation" in Costa Mesa, California for an incident in May.

The former couple reached a divorce settlement earlier this year after Bohan agreed to allow his daughter to appear in mum's new reality series "The Hills: New Beginnings".

Patridge originally filed for divorce in 2017.
