AceShowbiz - Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore have apparently buried a hatchet. The former enemies reportedly are no longer having a bad blood and fans may see them being best friends in the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta".
MTO News reports that the two decided to move past their beef after bonding at the Barbie Party for Kenya's daughter Brooklyn two weeks ago. In some photos that circulated online, Porsha was seen posing with Kenya alongside fellow "RHOA" stars Cynthia Bailey, Shamea Morton and Kandi Burruss.
Porsha also brought along her baby Pilar Jhena to the event. The mom and daughter duo were twinning in red dresses. They both looked pretty with crowns.
A production insider explains to the site, "[At Brooklyn's party] that was the first real conversation that Porsha and Kenya had for more than a year, and they talked for hours, even after the party was over."
Kenya and her husband Marc Daly are still very much together. However, Marc lives in New York, while Kenya and Brooklyn stay in Atlanta. Although he commutes home every weekend, it doesn't change the fact that Kenya lives as a single mom 5 days a week.
"Kenya knows how hard it is to be a new mom, and especially a single mom," the insider adds. "Kenya and Porsha are the new frick and frack. They have a true and genuine friendship."
Prior to this, the two were spotted looking all smiles while filming together at the Atlanta Ultimate Women's Expo earlier this month. One photo even featured the former nemesis posing together as if there was never bad blood between them.
Kenya opted for a skintight white dress that day. Meanwhile, Porsha looked stunning as she flaunted her post-baby body in a strapless silver ensemble.
The new development was definitely surprising for "RHOA" fans. Back in in 2014, Porsha was even charged with simple battery for a scuffle she had with Kenya during the show's reunion special. Additionally, they were involved in arguments multiple times throughout the years they appeared together on the series.
The filming for season 12 of "RHOA" is said to be currently underway.
