One insider claims that the 40-year-old will not be alone as his new fiancee Sherien Almufti has also signed on to make 'multiple' appearances in the new season of the hit Bravo reality show.

AceShowbiz - "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is set to welcome a returning cast member in upcoming season 12. Apollo Nida, the ex-husband of "RHOA" alum Phaedra Parks, has been released from Fort Dix Correctional Facility in New Jersey, RRM Philadelphia representative confirmed on Tuesday, June 4. That's not the only good thing because it's reported that he will appear on the Bravo series.

Apollo, who pleaded guilty in a massive money fraud scheme, is currently in the halfway house. He will remain there until his release date of October 15.

He was originally sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud and identity theft in 2014. Back in March, his prison sentence got reduced from 96 months (eight years) to 84 months (seven years). It's unclear as to why the federal judge reduced his sentence.

As for his "RHOA" gig, MTO News claims that the 40-year-old will not be alone as his new fiancee Sherien Almufti has also signed on to make "multiple" appearances in the new season. However, it remains to be seen how many episodes the pair are set to appear in.

Additionally, one of the show's producers reveals to the site that Phaedra will make an appearance. "If they bring a lot of drama -- like we expect -- then they may end up being one of the shows main storylines," adds the source.

Before being together with Sherien, whom he got engaged to while in prison in 2016, Apollo married Phaedra in a 2009 wedding. Phaedra then filed for divorce from him in 2014 and finalized their long and messy divorce in November 2014. The former couple shares two children together, sons Ayden (9) and Dylan (6).

As for Phaedra, she revealed earlier this year that she dated DJ and radio personality Tone Kapone. The two were recently rumored to be calling it quits. Multiple sources told the gossip site that their split was amicable and that their decision was mutual. "There's no bad blood, it just didn't work out," so one insider disclosed. Despite ending their romance, the rumored exes are still following each other on social media.
