Looking relaxed during his latest outing away from Prive Swiss retreat in Connecticut, the 'Game of Thrones' actor sports a dark blue button down shirt tucked into light washed jeans.

AceShowbiz - Kit Harington looked relaxed as he was spotted out and about following his decision to seek treatment at a wellness centre.

The 32-year-old "Game of Thrones" actor was dressed in a dark blue button down shirt tucked into light washed jeans as he took some time away from the exclusive Prive Swiss retreat in Connecticut.

With his famous long locks cut short, Kit looked relaxed as he was joined by a female companion.

The British star has been at the retreat for almost a month, arriving weeks before the HBO show's finale on 19 May.

He has been undergoing psychological coaching and cognitive behavioural therapy for stress and negative emotions, according to U.K. newspaper the Daily Mail.

"Kit has decided to utilise this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues," his publicist confirmed.

Kit, who played hero Jon Snow, previously opened up about how much the show, based on novels by George R. R Martin, has affected his last decade.

"It was formative years for everyone," he recently told People. "I started at 22 and ended at 32 and those are amazing formative years. If you're Peter Dinklage, you started at 35."

"It defines that decade of your life, and that will probably the most bizarre decade of your life," he shared.

Kit has also struggled to adjust to life in the spotlight, and admitted to Variety that he felt extremely vulnerable.

"It wasn't a very good time in my life," he explained. "I felt I had to feel that I was the most fortunate person in the world, when actually, I felt very vulnerable. I had a shaky time in my life around there - like I think a lot of people do in their 20s."

It was also recently revealed that Kit's fans have raised more than $46,000 for the actor's favourite charity, the Royal Mencap Society.

Described as a gesture of thanks to the man who has given "Game of Thrones" fans "so much," the fan-led rally aims to help donate to the organisation that works with people with learning disabilities.
