In new court documents, Tanisha Foster claims that Samantha Smith refuses to return her daughter to her after taking her away 'unlawfully,' asking a judge to deny the latter's petition for guardianship.

AceShowbiz - The mother of Nipsey Hussle's 10-year-old daughter has accused the rapper's sister of taking the girl and refusing to give her back.
Tanisha Foster is fighting to regain custody of her daughter Emani Asghedom, and in new court documents obtained by The Blast, she has accused Nipsey's sister Samantha Smith of taking the youngster after the child's father was killed in March.
Foster is objecting to the recent filing by Smith, who asked the court to be named Emani's guardian after her brother was shot dead.
Foster claimed her daughter was visiting Nipsey on the day he was killed, and alleged Smith "unlawfully took the minor and as of this date, despite objectors demand, refused to return the minor to Objector."
Foster believes that "the best interests" of Emani are not being met by Smith removing the girl from her mother's custody, and accused her of "refusing contact between minor and mother."
She has asked a judge to deny Smith's petition for guardianship.
A judge has yet to rule.
