It occurs when the ladies are discussing the Robert Mueller report about Donald Trump's campaign's communications with Russia and Russia's interference with the 2016 presidential election.

AceShowbiz - "The View" returned on Monday morning, April 22 after a week-long hiatus, and it seemed like the co-hosts were too excited as they were all coming in full force during the episode. Things got intense when the ladies started discussing the Robert Mueller report.

Sunny Hostin said that she was disappointed that Mitt Romney and other Republicans are unlikely to support impeachment efforts against President Donald Trump, regardless of their feelings about the president in private. Abby Huntsman and Joy Behar later talked about the level of support in the GOP for Trump and wondered whether the media overhyped Robert Mueller's report about President Donald Trump's campaign's communications with Russia and Russia's interference with the 2016 presidential election.

Meghan McCain dubbed the report, which has only been made available in redacted form, "anticlimactic" and "nothing new." Meanwhile, liberal Hostin called it "illuminating," before she and Behar noted that Trump's approval rating slipped to 37 percent in a recent poll. And that was when McCain exploded at everyone else.

"Then what's the problem?" she asked. "So he's the worst president in history. According to our legal analyst, there's so much in this report that is damning and whatever. Then what's the problem? Why is everyone so nervous about 2020? If this is just a nail in the coffin...."

Behar then retorted, "Because we're afraid the Russians will steal the election again, that's why." However, McCain thought that the answer was "irrational," noting that Democrats need to win more voters over to their side if they want to succeed.

When asked about "what is the Republican Party going to do about this president's behavior," McCain responded, "I blame the left as much as the right and the demonizing of all conservatives in this country."

McCain went on ranting and raising her voice while delivering her point until Goldberg cut her off. The camera panned at her as she mouthed, "We'll be right back," before it cuts to a commercial.
