AceShowbiz - Kodak Black was recently taken into custody after Canadian border officials found marijuana and an undeclared glock pistol in his car, though he was soon released on a $20,000 cash bond. Rumor has it, T.I., one of the many stars that the troubled rapper is feuding with, tipped off the police of his whereabouts.
According to MTO News, people on Twitter started making a conspiracy theory that the T.I., born Clifford Harris, was the one who "snitched" on the "ZEZE" rapper which later resulted in him getting arrested. "Well. . .im blaming Ti for getting kodak locked up. Seems like when you point out a snitch not only do they get mad but the police do too," one fan tweeted.
Another fan added, "Soooo in HIP HOP NEWS TI SNITCHES ON KODAK BLACK TO GET ARRESTED AND G HERBO WOW."
"So ti a snitch now kuz him & kodak beefin ???? I want yall to pick which narrative yall wana run wit. Yall gone be mad kuz bruh bein a lame old head ? Is he a snitch ? Is it him defending Lauren London ... like bruh its sumn new erday," another user wrote in the blue bird app.
Both T.I. and Kodak have yet to respond to the speculation, though it should be noted that it might be necessary to take this with a grain of salt.
People seemingly pointed their fingers on Tip because Kodak and Tip have been engaged in war of words lately after the former appeared to disrespect Lauren London, the girlfriend of slain rapper Nipsey Hussle. Many people, including Tip and other fellow hip-hop stars, slammed Kodak after he said that he would be giving Lauren a year to grieve before he would make a move on her.
Unfazed by the backlash, Kodak responded to T.I.'s comment, "Man, listen: I said what I said. Y'all tryin' to misconstrue what I said. F**k that. I don't give f**k what y'all talkin' about. T.I., man, I don't care. I'm in Georgia right now."
As the backlash was mounting, Kodak changed his tune, though he insisted that he didn't mean to disrespect Lauren. "If I disrespected you, Lauren London, in any shape or form, I'm sorry, even though I didn't," he said on Instagram Live again.
Kodak even released a diss track, aiming at T.I. and his wife Tiny a.k.a. Tameka Cottle. Titled "Expefitiously," the track found Kodak mocking the Xscape singer's appearance by calling her "piggy."
