A woman involved in the accident, which allegedly took place in West Hollywood in April 2017, is suing the 'Gangster Squad' actor for property damage and a loss of earning capacity.

AceShowbiz - Sean Penn has been named as a defendant in a new car crash lawsuit.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the alleged accident took place in West Hollywood in April 2017.
It is unclear if Penn was in the vehicle at the time of the crash, or if he simply owned the car.
The plaintiff claims she lost wages and incurred hospital and medical expenses as a result of the accident and she is suing Penn for property damage and a loss of earning capacity, seeking $25,000 (£19,000) in damages.
