The 'Wendy Williams Show' host explains that the six-year-old's high-priced shoes will not be something rare to see in her school and shouldn't be surprising considering her family's lavish lifestyle.

AceShowbiz - It's not everyday we see Wendy Williams jumping to any Kardashian family members' defense. However, "The Wendy Williams Show" host surprisingly defended Kourtney Kardashian after the latter was slammed for letting her daughter Penelope Disick wear near-$400 Gucci loafers to school.
During the Wednesday, April 10 episode of her morning talk show, Wendy said, "So, I'm sticking up for you Kourtney Kardashian." She continued saying, "It's unbelievable how people are, you know? Big deal!"
Wendy then explained that the six-year-old's high-priced shoes would not be something rare to see in her school and shouldn't be surprising considering her family's lavish lifestyle. "Her kid isn't going to school with my kid or your kid," Wendy said of Kourtney, who shares Penelope with ex Scott Disick. "Her kid is going to school, where the girl next to her is wearing the $4,000 shoes! And, the boy at the front of the class… he's got an embellished backpack with the real diamond and this and that."
The host went on adding that $400 was "relative" to Penelope's school.
Internet users previously slammed Kourtney for the matter after sister Kim Kardashian posted on Instagram a photo of her, her daugher North, Penelope and Kourtney at school. "The fact that P wears Gucci loafers to school has me shook," one critic wrote in the comment section.
"Penelope on the right has better fashion as a toddler then I do at 24," another comment read. Meanwhile, others couldn't believe that the famous little ones "actually go to school."
Penelope recently attended JoJo Siwa's early 16th birthday party on April 9 in Los Angeles alongside North. Penelope rocked a metallic rainbow outfit that she paired with a black T-shirt, while her cousin was seen in one picture flashing a big smile in a sparkling green jersey and a big hair bow that totally matched JoJo's signature style. In addition to Penelope, Kourtney and Scott share two other children, sons Mason (9) and Reign (4).
