According to an eyewitness, the 'Wendy Williams Show' host 'looked frantic' and 'wanted to get out of there' once people took pictures of her during her outing on Thursday.

AceShowbiz - Is she doing okay? Wendy Williams is currently taking a hiatus from her "The Wendy Williams Show", and was recently spotted having a Walmart trip. However, things didn't seem look good for the troubled TV host as she looked frail during her Thursday, April 4 outing.
In some photos and a video obtained by Radar Online, the 54-year-old TV personality, who has been living in a sober house to treat her alcohol addiction, was seen riding a shopping cart during the late-night Walmart run in Ellenville, New York. She donned a black turtleneck shirt while she let blonde hair fall down her shoulders.
She asked in the video, "Where are the sweatpants for women?" The clip also featured that Wendy, who appeared frail, had her eyes bulging in.
According to an eyewitness, Wendy "walked in and was in the bathroom for 20 minutes. When she came out, she went to get the wheelchair cart. She was walking fine with no limp." It was also said that the customer tried to talk to her, but her team "wouldn't allow it."
Additionally, the onlooker attempted to ask the star for a selfie, though she refused. "No, not at this time," she said. "She looked frantic," added the eyewitness. "Once we started taking the pictures, she wanted to get out of there."
Wendy has been having a tough week after it was reported that her husband and his alleged mistress Sharina Hudson welcomed a child together. Despite the personal turmoil and rumors of them heading to a divorce, Wendy and Kevin reportedly "will not be skipping work on Monday to avoid any Wendy drama."
A source tells HollywoodLife.com, "He's a big part of the show [as] an executive producer, and he will not shy away from his duties on the show because of rumors swirling about his marriage."
This arrives after some never-before-seen photos from 2007 featured the TV personality and her television producer husband partying at the now-shuttered dance club Dirty Disco in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood with Sharina among the attendees. She was pictured cozying up to Kevin who donned a black jacket and matching tee alongside a pair of black shades. Meanwhile, Sharina, who was just 21 at that time, flaunted her figure in a tight, body-hugging dress.
Also among the guests at the bash were former sidekick Charlamagne Tha God and ex "New York Jets" star Kerry Rhodes.
