Meanwhile, other viewers suggest that women will be 'single forever' if they keep listening to the TV host's advice.

AceShowbiz - Steve Harvey continues giving out relationship advice to the female audience on his show, but one viewer apparently thinks he's not qualified to do that. This comes after the comedian and TV host gave some tips about choosing "quality" guys in a recent episode of "The Steve Harvey Show".

During the "What I Taught My Daughters" segment of the show, one female audience asked about how women could find men with good characters. Answering to her question, Steve said, "Here's the one quality you want a man to have: does he do what he says he's going to do? If he says he's gon' call you, and he don't ever call you when he say he gon' call you, why are we still talking to him?"

"If he says he's coming at a certain time and he repeatedly doesn't show up, why are we still talking to him? Why are you talking to a guy who does not do what he says he's gon' do except occasionally?" he continued. "Because suppose it is the one occasion where you really need him. And it's just one of them occasions where he just ain't comin'."

One viewer appeared to be baffled to see Steve giving relationship advice to women, considering the fact that he failed his marriage twice. "Well the fact that you'd listen to a man that's been married 3 times is beyond me lol," so the viewer said. Meanwhile, another viewer said that his advice would only make women be single forever as writing, "Keep listening to Steve yall going to continue to be single." One other echoed, "Keep blocking people and you will be single forever."

Steve has been married three times. His first marriage to Marcia Harvey lasted from 1980 to 1994 with him stating that his dream of success was the cause of their divorce. He later tied the knot with Mary Shackelford in 1996, though they later split in 2005. Following their divorce, Mary accused the star of torture, intentional infliction of emotional distress, child endangerment and soul murder.

Steve is now happily married to Marjorie Bridges, whom he wed in 2007.
