During an appearance on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden', the 'New Girl' actor talks about a past TV project titled 'The Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down' that is likely set to be re-released.

AceShowbiz - Max Greenfield was amused to discover a pilot he shot with a pre-royal Meghan Markle is set to be re-released.

The "New Girl" actor made an appearance on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on Monday night (March 25), and during the chat, host James Corden asked him about his thoughts on a company buying the rights to 2011 comedy "The Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down", in which he played Joey, and Meghan, known as the Duchess of Sussex following her wedding to Britain's Prince Harry in May 2018, portrayed a "party girl" named Dana.

"It was called 'The Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down', it was a pilot for Comedy Central, Adam Pally was in it," he smiled. "Then I got some sort of email recently saying, 'This person has bought it and they're putting it out,' and I was like, 'Great, good for you.' I would assume they have their reasons as to why they're putting it out."

Max went on to explain that he did not stay in touch with Meghan after they finished filming the pilot, which failed to get picked up by a network at the time, and emphasised that he was not invited to her royal wedding.

"Meghan and I, we really didn't connect after that or during that. Look, had I known, I maybe would have played my cards a little differently," the 38-year-old laughed.
