AceShowbiz - It looks like Teresa Giudice is more than ready to split from her husband Joe who is currently awaiting a ruling about his deportation. A new report suggests that "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star has already met with her divorce lawyers as she waits to see what happens to the businessman.

According to HollywoodLife.com, Teresa is actually "struggling" with Joe's possible deportation even though she has always been seen in public putting on bright smiles. "Deep down, she's hurting over all about this," a source tells the gossip outlet. "Teresa has met with divorce lawyers, however, it's been a while because she's waiting to see what happens, but she knows realistically, Joe will get deported, so then it's figuring out where."

The source goes on saying that her daughters will remain in New Jersey "no matter what," as she has previously suggested in an episode of "RHONJ" reunion special.

In the meantime, Teresa is busying herself by filming the tenth season of "RHONJ" while relying on Danielle Staub and Jennifer Aydin for support. "Teresa is really busy filming 'RHONJ' right now and even though Joe's life has now changed and he's gone from prison to ICE, Teresa's life hasn't and won't," the insider continues. "She filmed the day that Joe was transferred. She acted the exact same. She's truly doing the best that she can."

Joe is currently awaiting a ruling about his possible deportation to his native country Italy after he served 41 months at the Federal Correctional Institution for mail, wire and bank fraud. His lawyer, James Leonard Jr., said in a statement that his family is hopeful he will be free as saying, "His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Giudice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him."

Teresa's sister-in-law Melissa Gorga weighed in on the matter at a celebration for husband Joe's new book "The Gorga Guide to Success". She said of Teresa, "She is hanging in there -- what else can she do? At least he is out and he has a 50/50 shot. We'll she what happens," adding that the Bravo star is "being strong."
