The "Flying Without Wings" singer has long kept the identity of his partner a secret, but revealed they are set to wed in a post on Instagram on Friday, February 22.
He captioned an image of a ring on his finger next to two empty wine glasses and an empty ring box: "2019 has been so amazing to me so far and it's only getting started! I wanted to be the first to say it...#engaged."
Mark, 38, has spoken about his beau before, and in 2017 told the Irish Mirror's RSVP Live website: "I am going out with an Irish guy now, so it suits us both to be back in Ireland and our families are close by. We are together four years now, so it has been quite a while and I am very happy."
Explaining why he and his partner had never gone public with their relationship, he added: "He is not quiet believe me, he is far from quiet, but he has no experience whatsoever in the music industry and he is quite shy about coming to the red carpet."
"A lot of people ask me his name and it is not that I don't say his name, it is his thing to say and if he wants to be in a magazine then that's his choice."
The musician was previously engaged to British fashion photographer Kevin McDaid, but they split in 2011.
