AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian has sparked dating rumors with yet another younger guy. The eldest of the Kardashian sisters was spotted having dinner with a fellow churchgoer, who is later identified as David Dee Duron, at Nobu in Malibu on Thursday, January 24.
The mother of three reportedly connects to David through their faith. David goes to Vous church, which is affiliated with Hillsong, the church Kourtney regularly attends to in Los Angeles. The handsome hunk is also the brother to Dez Duron, "The Voice" season 3 finalist.
David, who is a staff accountant for Car Saver in Miami, is 12 years old younger than Kourtney, 39. A Shreveport, Louisiana native, he graduated from Southeastern University in central Florida. "David is a genuinely sweet guy. He is a good old boy and as American as they come," a source tells Us Weekly.
The source goes on dishing, "David's into football, his family, the Hillsong church and music. He's a solid, nice guy. David was always the most studious of all his brothers. There really isn't a more stable, all-around good guy than David."
While Kourtney appeared to enjoy his companion, laughing while leaving the restaurant together during their dinner date, sources tell PEOPLE that it's nothing romantic. One of the sources says, "It’s just friendship now. They met through the church and they have a lot of mutual friends. But for now, it's just a friendly relationship."
Still, the source notes that there's potential their relationship turns romantic. "He's a lot younger than her, so there's an age difference. He's about 12 years younger than her. But he's very mature," the source explains. "He's a serious Christian and so is she, and there's definitely some chemistry there."
The source adds, "They could turn into something in the future, but it hasn't happened yet. They're just talking and spending a little bit of time together. This isn't a big romance, but I'd say there's some mutual interest there. There's potential. So who knows?"
Looking back to Kourtney's past relationships, it's not unusual for her to date younger men. She dated 25-year-old Younes Bendjima for two years before breaking up last year. She was later linked to 21-year-old model and "Grown-ish" actor Luka Sabbat, though it was never confirmed.
