AceShowbiz - Family drama surrounding Meghan Markle doesn't seem to end anytime soon. After the Duchess of Sussex's dad Thomas Markle gave yet another interview to "Good Morning Britain" after one he did with the Daily Mail, a new report gives an insight into how Meghan and the royal British family respond to Thomas' antics.

According to Vanity Fair, the palace, including Queen Elizabeth, had been trying to intervene the matter when Thomas began airing his dirty laundry to public. However, Meghan reportedly managed to stop them.

One observer told the site that The Queen "was very concerned that it [the Markle situation] was spiraling out of control, which it was." The source continued, "Buckingham Palace wanted to be able to do something and be proactive and make the situation go away. It was a direction from the Queen, so her courtiers were under strict instructions to sort it out."

"But Kensington Palace was not singing from the same hymn sheet, and that was because the message was coming from Meghan. She didn’t want to engage and thought that she could handle it on her own," the observer added. It's said that the former "Suits" actress and her husband Prince Harry's coping mechanism is by staying silent.

The difference allegedly is leading to "tension" between the two courts. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the only rumored tension in the royal family. It was previously reported that there was a rift between Meghan and sister-in-law Kate Middleton.

The Duchess of Cambridge was said to be leaving in tears during the bridesmaid fitting for her daughter Princess Charlotte prior to Meghan and Harry's May royal wedding. While it was previously unknown what led to the drama, a source now confirms that "there was an argument between Meghan and Kate over the fit of [3-year-old] Princess Charlotte's dress."

"There were very few fittings for the bridesmaids. Everything was left to the last minute, and it was really stressful for everyone involved," another source claimed.
