The cookbook author takes to Instagram to share a picture of Ron Teigen Sr. showing off his new ink beside legendary tattoo artist Mark Mahoney.

AceShowbiz - There are a lot of ways for parents to celebrate their children's birthday, but what Chrissy Teigen's dad did for her 33rd birthday is definitely a rare one. Celebrating his supermodel daughter's milestone, Ron Teigen Sr. got a tattoo of her face on his left bicep.
Chrissy shared a picture of the tattoo to her Instagram followers on Monday, December 10. Her father was posing beside legendary tattoo artist Mark Mahoney who did the job. In the pic, an inspiration picture for the tattoo was taped directly below the fresh ink, showing off the uncanny resemblance between the two.
"MY DAD GOT A TATOO OF ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY," the wife of John Legend excitedly exclaimed in the caption. Some of her celebrity pals left a comments on the post, including Kim Kardashian and Katie Couric who simply wrote, "omg." Mindy Kaling, meanwhile, expressed her disbelieve by saying, "literally cannot believe." As for Perez Hilton, he wondered what John would do to "top this."
Ron is known for his hilarious ways of showing off his love for Chrissy and her little family. Last Christmas, the man gifted his son-in-law a knit sweater for male genitalia. Ron also prepared a rather strange gift for the "All of Me" hitmaker after learning about his Emmy nominations.
Taking to Twitter, Chrissy shared a screenshot of her texting Ron about the Emmy news. "John got two emmy nominations for Jesus Christ. He will probably get the EGOT!" the "Lip Sync Battle" co-host wrote in her text, to which her dad replied with a picture of a memory card. "Don't have any blank thumb drives but got this," he said along with the image.
