A New York judge has made the decision to close the case since the 'FEFE' hitmaker is facing life in prison for racketeering charges among other counts.

AceShowbiz - Jailed rapper 6ix9ine a.k.a. Tekashi69 has landed a small break in his child sex case after a judge in New York closed the case.

The lawmaker has revoked the star's probation and given him credit for time served, whil also ruling Tekashi no longer has to perform 1,000 hours of community service.

But it's not as big a break as it seems - the rap star's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ the judge can't enforce the terms of probation or community service while his client is incarcerated on federal racketeering charges among other counts.

Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, was locked up last month and denied bail.

He faces life in prison.

His child sex case dates back to 2015, after he was caught on camera fooling around while a naked 13-year-old engaged in a sex act with another man at a party.

He pleaded guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.
