AceShowbiz - Sean "P. Diddy" Combs is still having a hard time following ex Kim Porter's sudden death last month. While he's still mourning her loss, the rap mogul is said to be leaning on his other ex Jennifer Lopez for much-needed emotional support.

Diddy has found comfort on Jenny's shoulder, a source reveals to Straight Shuter's Rob Shuter (via Radar Online). The source goes on explaining that the two, who dated from 1999 until 2001, "have a very special friendship."

With that being said, their relationship is purely platonic as they are really here for each other as a friend. "They are not getting back together or cheating behind A-Rod's back," assures the source.

"They are close friends, like brother and sister who understand each other," claims the source.

"Diddy invented JLo. She was Jennifer before she met him," adds the source. "He is also the person that encouraged her to pursue a music career and focus on fashion. She calls him her 'fairy' godbrother and will always be there for him."

Porter, who shares three children with Diddy though they never married, died on November 15. They have 11-year-old twins Jessie James and D'Lila as well as 20-year-old Christian. Porter was also a mother of 27-year-old Quincy.

She was found lifeless at her home in Toluca Lake, California, reportedly from cardiac arrest. Los Angeles County Coroner's Office previously announced that her cause of death was deferred. Additional tests needed to be performed but her body was released.

Following her death, Diddy wrote on social media, "I don't know what I'm going to do without you baby. I miss you so much."
