The movie follows the model and Aaron Paul who take over a family's villa during their trip in Italy, only to find the people behind the trip don't have the best intentions.

AceShowbiz - "Gone Girl" star Emily Ratajkowski hopes her new thriller "Welcome Home" makes people think twice about services like Uber and Airbnb.

In the film, the model and actress and Aaron Paul play a couple who jet off to Italy on an Airbnb-type holiday, where they take over a family's villa, only to find the people behind the trip don't have the best intentions.

"It's sort of about Airbnbs and how much we trust people...," Emily tells Access Live. "We get in Ubers every day; it's someone else's car... It definitely makes you think about stuff maybe you let slide before."

And Emily also hopes her acting will impress film fans: "She (her character) gets pretty dark in this movie. I don't think people will expect it."

The actress had a great time filming with "Breaking Bad" star Paul, who found out he was going to be a father while they were shooting.

"Him and his wife, Lauren, are so amazing and she actually found out she was pregnant while we were in Italy," the model adds. "It was really cool to share that with them and now they have a beautiful little girl."
