AceShowbiz - Leah Messer gets philosophical while words of her breakup from boyfriend Jason Jordan spin around. On Tuesday, October 23, the "Teen Mom 2" star took to Twitter to ponder about things that are not meant to be, prompting further speculations that there might be trouble in paradise.
"Some things are meant to happen, just not meant to be," the 26-year-old reality star wrote on the social media account. "Some things are meant to come into your life, just not meant to stay." Along with the tweet, she posted an encouraging picture "to protect your energy" which includes "it's okay to cancel a commitment" and "it's okay to let go" statements.

The mother of two followed up her post with a retweet of wise words from Tiny Buddha's account. Quoting self-help book author Karen Salmansohn, it read, "View your life with kindsight. Stop beating yourself up about things from the past. Instead of slapping your forehead and asking, 'What was I thinking?' breathe and ask yourself the kinder question, 'What was I learning?' "

On the same day Leah made the Twitter posts, news broke out that she and Jason have called it quits after months of dating. A source explained to Us Weekly that the reason behind the separation was the couple with 14-year difference not being a good fit with one another. "It just wasn't working," the source explained.
Further digging into the split story uncovered that Leah has seemingly deleted traces of her relationship with Jordan on Instagram. One of the obvious ones was a video of her having fun with Jason that she posted back in August. "Seriously one of the best weekends I've had! I don't think we stopped laughing! #greattime #sohappy#greatpeople #liveyourstandard," she wrote at the time.
Leah and Jason were reported to be dating back in July. Us Weekly at the time claimed that the two have been seeing each other for more than three months after being introduced by Jason's cousin. "They share the same faith and have gone to church together," a source said of the hookup. "They love hiking, cooking and are both very family oriented. He's very attentive."
