The man behind the 'Avengers' franchise and films like 'Iron Man', 'Thor', 'Black Panther' and more will be feted during the 30th annual Producers Guild Awards.

AceShowbiz - Marvel boss Kevin Feige will be honoured with the David O. Selznick Achievement Award at the 2019 PProducers Guild of America gala in January (19).

The man behind the Avengers franchise and films like Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, and this year's blockbusters Black Panther and Ant-Man & The Wasp will be feted during the 30th annual Producers Guild Awards at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles.

"To join so many of my heroes and mentors in receiving the David O. Selznick Award is one of the most meaningful experiences of my career, and I’m truly thankful to my colleagues in the Producers Guild of America for this recognition," Feige says in a statement.

"I want to also thank my Marvel Studios family, who have been with me every step of the way and without whom I would never have had this amazing journey".

Previous recipients of the David O. Selznick Award include Clint Eastwood, Jerry Bruckheimer, and Steven Spielberg.
