AceShowbiz - The late David Cassidy's former home is up for sale.

The singer and actor passed away at the age of 67 last November (17) after being admitted to hospital suffering from kidney and liver failure.

His 7,016-square-foot estate in the exclusive Harbor Beach area of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been listed for $3.9 million (£2.97 million), according to People.

The luxury two-storey property, named Casa De Mayan, boasts six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, an exercise room, heated pool, hot tub and a dock.

Cassidy reportedly extensively remodelled the property after buying it in 2000, and lived in it with girlfriend Maura Rossi before the couple moved to a nearby apartment prior to his death.

Personal possessions of The Partridge Family star will be left in the house, including an array of autographed and personal photos, along with throw pillows and wall plaques bearing the Cassidy family crest.
