Lindsay publicly warns her Lohan Nightclub employee for wearing mismatched shoes, making her followers questioning her professionalism.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan threatened to fire two employees who did not match their shoes for a photograph.

The actress opened Lohan Nightclub in Athens in 2016, and has gone on to open several other entertainment venues across Greece. However, she was unimpressed when she came across a photo of two members of staff promoting Lohan Beach House Rhodes. Though both were dressed in matching cream robes, one paired her outfit with dainty nude sandals, while the other stood in a pair of white strappy platform heels. And according to Lindsay, this fashion mismatch is a sackable offence.

"Wear the same shoes please," she commented on the Instagram photo in question, followed by: "Or you're fired."

The Freaky Friday star's hardline approach came as such a surprise that a shocked user had to ask whether the threat was genuine, to which she replied: "Totally serious!"

Lindsay's words of warning proved to be divisive amongst her followers, with some questioning her professionalism and choice to make her comment via a public forum.

"you couldn't have told them personally they needed different shoes? What a nasty undeserving piece of work you are, of course most of Hollywood knows that already," one wrote, while another retorted: "Any and all issues with employees whether they be dress code or performance based should be had in private."

However, many praised the 32-year-old for her clap back, describing it as "iconic" and "amazing."

Lindsay was recently at the heart of another Instagram storm after Paris Hilton insulted the star via the online platform.

A video from 2006 was posted by a Paris Hilton fan account, in which Lindsay tells the paparazzi that the socialite hit her and threw a drink at her the previous night, only to later backtrack and say this wasn't true.

When The Simple Life star came across the throwback footage, she simply commented: "(laughing emoji) #PathologicalLiar."
