Branton Thwaites' Robin seemingly has a very clear message to the Caped Crusader as he says under his breath, 'F**k Batman!'

AceShowbiz - Brenton Thwaites' Dick Grayson on DC Universe's upcoming "Titans" is not holding back. Staying true to what it has described itself, "Titans" proves through its first official trailer that the upcoming live-action adaptation of the Teen Titans comics will be a darker and more adult take on its young heroes.

Released on the first day of San Diego Comic-Con 2018 on Thursday, July 19, the rated trailer offers a glimpse of Robin, who is also Dick, who's also known as Batman's sidekick Robin. Donning his costume, he can be seen brutally attacking a group of criminals.

One of the criminals confronts him, asking where Batman is. However, Robin seemingly has a very clear message to the Caped Crusader as he says under his breath, "F**k Batman!" With that, bloody and lethal mayhem ensues.

Other team members of Titans also appear in the trailer. Beast Boy (Ryan Potter) can be seen launching an attack to someone, while Anna Diop's Starfire is seen flaunting her ability to unleash all her stored energy into a pseudo nova blast. Dove (Minka Kelly) and Hawk (Alan Ritchson) are also briefly glimpsed, brutally killing people.

During Comic-Con, DC also revealed the subscription cost for DC Universe. Annual subs to the service, which also includes digital comics, library content, and a social-media element, will be available for $74.99. Monthly subscriptions will be available for $7.99.

DC Entertainment chief creative officer Jim Lee previously said, " 'Titans' was the biggest franchise that had yet been adapted to other media. We saw that this was something that fans would obviously love to see. Obviously the Teen Titans are a very beloved franchise. 'Swamp Thing' represents horror. We wanted to have different tonalities in the programming."

"Titans" is set to premiere this fall. It will later be joined by two other WBTV live-action series including "Doom Patrol" and "Swamp Thing" that are slated to arrive in 2019.
