Before his tragic death, the hip-hop star allegedly drafted a will which mentions his mum, Cleopatra Bernard, as his beneficiaries.

AceShowbiz - Rapper XXXTENTACION's mother has filed paperwork to become an administrator of his estate.
The 20-year-old hip-hop star, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, was gunned down after leaving a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida in June, and a memorial for the young star was held earlier this week.
According to The Blast, Onfroy drafted a will a few months before his death and his mum, Cleopatra Bernard, has filed the probate for his estate. Bernard reportedly included a will that was created in November (17), which reportedly lists his mother and two brothers as his beneficiaries, in her filing, reports TMZ.
It makes no mention of the unborn child he was reportedly expecting, but a statement in the will allows for a part of the estate to go a child if he has one at the time of his death.
"If any beneficiary hereunder is a minor, my Personal Representative may distribute such minor's share to such minor or for such minor's use to any person with whom such minor is residing or who has the care or control of such minor without further responsibility, and the receipt of the person to whom such minor's share is distributed shall be a complete discharge of my Personal Representative," the statement reads.
Bernard has also filed her son's death certificate with the probate paperwork and is requesting to become the administrator of his estate.
News of the will comes days after the rapper was mourned by thousands at a memorial at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida on Wednesday, June 27. He was subsequently laid to rest at a private funeral on Thursday at The Gardens of Boca Raton.
