Known only as Jane Doe, the woman alleges that the document forbids her from discussing the star's personal details or face legal action.

AceShowbiz - Charlie Sheen has been accused of forcing a former sex partner, who alleges she contracted HIV from him, to sign a nondisclosure agreement.

Known only as Jane Doe, the woman maintains she agreed to stay quiet about her claims after the actor coerced her into signing the document, which forbids her from discussing the star's personal details or face legal action.

But the woman eventually filed a suit against the 52-year-old actor last year (17), which prompted him to fire back and claim he informed her he was HIV positive prior to sex. Sheen's accusation has led Jane Doe to hit back with claims the former Two and a Half Men star and his team pushed her to stay quiet.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, she reportedly once visited Sheen's home and was approached by four "thuggish" men and noticed there were weapons, including guns, lying around. She says she was taken to a garage area, where she was forced to sign the document.

According to the outlet, she struggled to understand the contract since she is from Moscow and her native language is Russian.

Sheen responded to the initial lawsuit by calling the unidentified woman a "professional hooker party girl" who has had sex with "hundreds, if not thousands" of guys.

He admitted he showered her with money and gifts during their almost two-month-long relationship and has accused his ex-mistress of extortion, while claiming she is "stalking" his home and his father Martin Sheen's pad, too.
