AceShowbiz - Courtney Love has been accused of terrorising the former lover of her daughter's ex after she refused to side with her in the battle for Kurt Cobain's guitar.

Frances Bean Cobain's ex-husband Isaiah Silva recently claimed Love and her associate Sam Lutfi intimidated, kipnapped and attempted to murder him after he refused to give up the Nirvana star's prized instrument - and now the mother of his child has filed a lawsuit against the pair.

Jessica Sullivan, who once lived in the same house with Frances and Isaiah, claims Courtney and her manager, Lutfi, started harassing and stalking her when the former couple split and Cobain demanded the return of her late father's guitar.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, Jessica claims Love and Lutfi attempted to bribe her to take Frances' side in the nasty divorce battle, and when she refused they threatened her and her daughter.

Sullivan alleges that Lutfi called her and threatened to evict her, stating, "I'll put you in the street you f**king c**t. You d**e, f**king b***h, w**re.... Your kid will be in an orphanage".

Jessica is suing Love and Lutfi, who briefly managed Britney Spears, for stalking and emotional distress.
