Tommy's fiancee Brittany Furlan says the wedding pictures were just a joke and they're not getting married until next year's Valentine's Day.

AceShowbiz - Tommy Lee and his fiancee had to deny they'd tied-the-knot after fans were fooled by fake wedding pictures they posted on Instagram.

The Motley Crue rocker, 55, and his wife-to-be, social media star Brittany Furlan, 31, published the picture of themselves in white bathrobes kissing in front of an outdoor canopy decorated with petals on Sunday, May 27.

Tommy captioned the image, "Did it, I do A LOT", prompting fans and editors from several news outlets to believe they really had married - despite a caption on Brittany's Instagram indicating they were standing in front of leftovers from someone else's nuptials.

Revealing the hoax, Tommy and Brittany posted a video to Instagram stories confessing their actual wedding is planned for Valentine's Day next year.

In the clip, Brittany explained, "Guys, me and Tommy didn't get married, it was just a joke. It was someone's leftover. We're not getting married till February 14th next year."

Tommy then cut in to say "Just a joke, kids", before his fiancee added, "But we are still getting married in bathrobes next year. Everyone has to wear a f**king bathrobe at our wedding, because that's just how we roll."

The drummer and Brittany, who found fame making short films on the Vine app, have been dating since June 2017 and he proposed to her on Valentine's Day this year.

Their marriage will be Tommy's fourth as he has previously been married to model Elaine Bergen, the actress Heather Locklear and Pamela Anderson.

The rocker recently hit the headlines after an altercation at his home between him and his 21-year-old son Brandon. Pamela, Brandon's mother brushed off the incident and neither he nor his dad has been charged.
